Refund and Returns Policy
At KingKong Fitment, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) of South Africa.
You have the right to return an item within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
The product must not be a non-returnable item (e.g., custom or special-order parts).
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom or specially ordered products.
Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
Items not returned within the 7-day window.
If the item you receive is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

Once approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, as required by the CPA.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, using your original method of payment.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please email us at [Insert Contact Email] with your order number and reason for exchange.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If an order has already been dispatched, it will need to follow the standard return process outlined above.
